Help For Home Owners

Japanese Knotweed is a highly invasive weed that will grow relentlessly if ignored or disturbed. It is highly resilient to controls and it can cause damage to your property, lower property value and hinder or prevent the buying or selling a property or land. Here at DSJK Specialists we help customers across the country with a number of options including chemical control, manual and mechanical removal of invasive plants.

Pay As You Spray:

Our Pay as You Spray plan offers a flexible, no-commitment approach to controlling Japanese Knotweed using professional herbicide treatments. You pay only for each treatment as it’s carried out—no binding contracts or upfront package costs.

How it Works:

  • Initial Site Visit: We will assess the size, severity, and stage of growth of the infestation.
  • Treatment Schedule: Treatments are typically carried out 2–4 times per growing season (April to October), depending on growth activity.
  • Per Treatment Payment: You only pay when we spray. No hidden fees or automatic renewals.

This option suits:

  • Property owners who want to spread the cost of treatment.
  • Landlords or sellers needing visible reduction without long-term contracts.
  • Anyone looking for a low-commitment way to begin tackling the problem.

Example Pricing:

  • Small infestation (residential garden): from £195 per visit
  • Medium-sized area (multiple patches): from £250–£300 per visit
  • Larger/commercial sites: priced on inspection, starting from £350+ per visit
  • All prices include herbicide, application, and a progress report.
